COURSE PAYMENTS:  All Deposits & payments are securely processed by You can pay over the phone, email link, PayPoint or Bank Transfer.  Receipts will be emailed by from our Finance Team or straight to your Your bank statment will read Beauty Training & Services. If you pay by bank transfer, please email

us so we can check payment and email you a receipt.  If you have paid by phone & have any queries, please let us know within 24 hours.  All Deposits are non-refundable. Once payment is made, your place will be reserved on your preferred dates.

Your full balance must be paid 2 weeks before your course starts or by Payment by Installments. London School of Nails and Beauty and our External Training Providers reserves the right not to teach students who do not pay their course fees on time.  Your certificate will be withheld and you may be asked to leave and rebook.  Your deposit/payments are non-refundable and Full payment will be required. Last minute bookings must be paid in full.

BOOKING A COURSE:   All students are emailed a Course Confirmation Letter with full enrolment details.    Receipts are provided for all types of payments. (Map & Directions, pre study material, Course Information, Hotels). 

CHANGING DATES: Students usually choose there own start dates. If the student requests to change their Enrollment Date after they have received a Course Confirmation Letter reserving there place. The student will incur a £40 charge - to be paid upon the students request to change dates. This is To cover Tutors(loss of business) as they could have taken another booking and the Admin Team will have to email another Course Confirmation Letter.  Please note: is not guaranteed that the School will be able to change your start date, therefore you will forfeit your deposit and need to rebook your course again.

Once we have recieved a deposit, your place will be reserved for maximum of 4 weeks if you have not chosen a start date. (excludes courses over £700 and pre approved instalment plans from the Finance Team). If you require a special date this can be arranged (this maybe subject to additional 121 fee tuition fee from £35 per day.  There are no refunds if you have accidentally purchased/selected the wrong course online. This cannot be refunded by can be transferred to another course if notified within 30 mins of purchase.  It is the responsibility of the Buyer/Student to check the Payment Page carefully before making a purchase.

121 PRIVATE TUITION: There is an additional fee from £35 per day* subject to distance or special requirments. 

 PAYING BY INSTALMENTS: There are no charges if you pay by Bank Transfer (additional may apply for card payments & online).  See Pay by Instalment page.  Email Finance Department.



Maps and Transportation Numbers are emailed to all students as part of their Enrolment Pack to assist them to plan their journey in advance.  If you cannot attend for any reason.  Please send a text/whatsapp 07405 23 4242 or email   If you are more than 20 minutes late for your course, you may have re-book and pay again.  Arriving late onto a course will cause disruption to other students and Tutor Planning. More importantly you would have missed out on valuable information and practical work required to pass your qualification.  The school is not permitted to issue certificates to students who are not deemed competent and have not completed each individual course from start to finish. Unfortunately, all course fees are forfeited.   

You can cancel your booking at anytime by email/text/whatsapp via the Student Support Line  07405 23 4242. Please leave your name, course, branch location and contact number and reasons why you are unable to attend. (All call maybe recorded)

We are unable to offer refunds, if you want to cancel your training course because you are feeling unwell; weather conditions or if you have changed your mind or any other reason.

However, we recognise that in exceptional circumstances, such as bereavement, we would issue you a credit note at such a difficult time. These decisions are made at the discretion of our Administration Team and will only be considered if the bereavement relates to an immediate family member, for example a partner, child, parent or sibling. Should you be in the unfortunate situation of suffering such bereavement in your immediate family, you should send a scanned copy of the death certificate or Burial Programme to our Admin Team.


If you wish to cancel your course(s) you must contact us, in writing only via our website Click  (not by phone) Please note you will forfeit all your course fees for cancelling your course.  You cannot transfer or change dates, if you do not attend class or if you have already received your Course Confirmation Enrollment Letter.

If a course is cancelled by the London School of Nails and Beauty or one of our External Training Providers you will be given the next available training free of charge: Check our Course Timetable for dates.  If we are unable to provide you with an alternative course date, you will be given a full refund. 

Due to student make fraudulent claims students agrees to waive consumer rights to a refund due to being (1)informed via email and Course Confirmation Letter stating all deposits and payments are non-refundable also this is based on (2) Students already receiving our Company's Pre Study Course Information (training Manuals) before attending class and (3) students will have been trained by a qualified Tutor who has already been paid in advance (4)in some instances training venues are paid in advance for to train students and Tutors cancelling all other appointments and jobs to train students (5) Students are certified as a qualified Therapists or Technicians and therefore provided with certifications which cannot be revoked from the awarding body once issued. (6) Students Agree again by Completing the Student Registration Form. Based on these circumstances, unfortunately we are not in a position to issue course transfers or refunds.

There are no refunds or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, such (weather conditions, illness, events, public transport) you will not be entitled to a refund.  The London School of Nails and Beauty or our External Training Providers reserves the right to change dates, prices, contents, training providers and venues without any responsibility or Liability.  Your preferred location is subject to demand only.  Travel or Hotel expenses will not be reimbursed.  If we are unable to provide you with training, you will be entitled to a full refund.

The London School of Nails and Beauty is unable to reimburse travel or accommodation expense


All free kits; products and equipment is part of your training. Kits will be provided/posted to students once they have completed practical training and have paid all course fees. We do not sell kits, products are equipments.  You are paying for professional training, tutor fees, certificates and miscellaneous LSONAB & External Providers and expenses.

 COMPLAINTS/UNSUCCESSFUL STUDENTS:   If you were unhappy/unsuccessful after your training.  Please inform your Tutor or Student Support Line.  You must complete a Student Feedback Form, this will be passed onto Management. Please note: You maybe able to return and take your course again, free of charge this (excludes advanced, workshops and online training) Alternatively, if you have informed your Tutor during classs, you may ask you to stay behind after class. You will be provided with only one TIME AND TRAINING DATE to re-take your class again.  If for any reason, you decide you cannot attend your free class. You can rebook your training again at discounted price within 4 weeks*.

Assessments are normally carried out during your course.  No need to come back 1 month to 6 weeks later Excludes (BABTAC) NVQ/VTCT accreditations. 

Semi Permanent Makeup Case studies must be carried out within a given timescale.  This is a highly specialised course and students must prove full competence before carrying out treatment on members of the public. An extension can be provided upon request.  Due to fraudulent claims, students agree to waive their rights to any claims after they have completed training and or received certification.



We are working with External Providers to give more people this exciting opportunity.  You are required to complete the Pre Approval Questionnaire to ensure you are eliligible for Government funding before paying your Non Refundable Registration Fee. It is required that you attend on the date you have specified, if not you will be required to pay a Late Registration Fee to rebook your College Induction & Assessment.  Your application can take up to 6 weeks to be processed. Once enrolled you will be given a CRN Number (Customer Reference Number) and you have 14 days to opt out. Thereafter you must start and complete your training and/or will be liable for all funding/loan fees. It is important to abide by the College Code of Conduct. This can be provided for additional fee if based in London/Essex branch (additional fees may apply, if your Tutor requires a hotel and distance). You will be observed and assessed to NVQ standards by Beauty School of London



UK CERTIFICATES:     You will be awarded an insurable accredited certification which will enable you to work mobile on the members of the public. You may use this certification abroad for short periods only*.  Check with your awarding body.  This will give you and your clients confidence that you are now a accredited professional Mobile Therapist/Technician.


         EUROPEAN CERTIFICATES: If you train in London but live in one of our chosen European countries, we can provide you with a  European certification.  You will  be able to carry out treatment and obtain insurance in your chosen country. Additional fees will apply.


INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATES: Why not upgrade within 4 weeks to of completing your fast-track course to a NVQ, VTCT or City and Guilds internationally recognised certification.(may exclude USA/Canada)

TRAINING MANUALS AND COURSE INFORMATION: This copywrited.  Anyone found using our training manuals without permisison.  Strict action will be taken. Our manuals may not be free from errors and we apologise in advance.  Please note our manuals acts as a basic guideline.  It is strongly advised that you buy recommended books also it is important that you keep up to date with changes in the Beauty industry.  Subscribe to professional beauty magazine.  We have changed to from students printing details to students accessing their course information online as we wish to save the environment; protect our company information and to give students ease and convenience to study on the go.  You will have access to your course information 3 months after you have completed your course(s).

 Prices, Laws, Products or Course Contents may change without prior notice or liability. It is students responsibility to keep up to date with the beauty industry requirements.

VIDEOS AND PICTURES:  Unfortunately, taking pictures or videos or recordings during the training is strictly forbidden without the London School of Nails and Beauty & training parners consent.  Please ask your Tutor first.  If students are found in breaching this condition, they will be asked to delete it or be removed from the class.  If a Student agrees for pictures or videos, to be taken by London School of Nails and Beauty staff or affiliates.  Please note this maybe used to be posted on the website or for marketing purposes only.


If you have selected a course that requires models.  You are responsible to bring your own model and have this in place before you enrol. Alternatively, the School can provide you with a model.  He/She will charge you £20. If a model does not attend a free treatment, this is out of our control.  You must have your own models in place before enrollment.  Most Models are paid a fee.  Models are required to arrive 15mins before their free treatment. 

MODELS FOR FREE TREATMENT: Models must complete the Models Registration Form and be over 18 and free from allergies and skin conditions. If models are late 3 times OR do not attend, they will be removed from our List. Please note, all Students are supervised by experience staff members. However, the London School of Nails and Beauty and External Providers or Venues will accept no liability for any outcome of your free or subside beauty treatment.
